OXARC, a regional leader in industrial gas and welding supply distribution, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Pasco, WA. 

If you have experience working in a warehouse environment, Tulsa Gas & Gear wants to hear from you! Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.

Requirements: 

• 6 months related experience is a plus.   
• Forklift Certified is a plus.  
• A working knowledge of safety principles and techniques.  
• Ability to work independently, establish priorities and accomplish objectives with minimal supervision.    
• Industry experience such as handling cylinders and/or previous knowledge of gases, filling procedures, paperwork, and plant operations. 
• Must be organized, have good reasoning skills, math aptitude and time management skills.  
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet use.  
• Drug screen and background check required. 

Essential duties/responsibilities: 

• Pull and check in stock transfers and auto freight; ensure all small parts are boxed and bar coded.  
• Check in UPS shipments; pull orders, prepare and ship outgoing UPS orders.  
• Stock aisles.  
• Pull sales orders as necessary.  
• Prepare and shrink-wrap pallets for transfers.  
• Field phone calls to warehouse.  
• Maintain all warehouse, office and parts storage areas in safe, clean and orderly condition at all times.  Keep docks clean and organized.    
• Assist production and logistics departments in preparation, loading, unloading and shipping of cylinder orders.   
• Provide counter and store service as needed to customers via in-person, phone, and fax, selling industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding equipment, safety and other supplies to customers.
