A-OX Welding Supply is seeking a dedicated Vice President of Sales to join their team in Sioux Falls, SD.

Minimum qualifications: 

• Leadership experience in sales, with a focus on team development and performance.  
• Proven ability to build, manage, and grow sales teams of various backgrounds and experience levels.  
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.  
• Experience using sales software and analytics tools to track performance.  
• Willingness to travel as needed. 

Essential duties/responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.  
• Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team.  
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key business partners.  
• Identify new market opportunities and business growth areas.  
• Work cross-functionally to improve customer experience and drive company success.  
• Set and track sales goals and performance metrics.  
• Oversee pricing and contract negotiations.  
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences. 

About the Company: Since the 1950’s, A-OX has been one of the largest, most complete distributors of industrial gas and welding supply in the upper Midwest. Today, A-OX Welding Supply comprises 8 locations in South Dakota, North Dakota, and Iowa with a headquarters and central warehouse in Sioux Falls, SD. We have our own fleet of bulk tankers and delivery trucks that service customers across a 5-state region including South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.
