Gas Innovations, a world leading provider of high purity hydrocarbons, is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious LP Gas Bobtail Driverto join their team in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for filling cylinders and bulk tanks at commercial and industrial customers within a designated local area.

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Bobtail, Hazmat and Air Brake endorsements required. 
• Clean driving record (Five Years) and ability to pass DOT Physical 
• Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening  
• Familiarity with electronic logs. 
• Texas Railroad Certification 
• TWIC card 
• Familiarity with filling and safe handling LP Gases and compressed gases. 
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards. 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in outdoor conditions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Safely operate a bobtail truck to deliver gas to customers on a scheduled route.  
• Load and unload cylinders using proper lifting techniques and equipment.  
• Verify delivery accuracy against orders and obtain customer signatures on delivery tickets.  
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs.  
• Handle, transport, and secure gas cylinders in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.  
• Communicate effectively with management, and customers regarding delivery updates and issues.  
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, reporting any maintenance and safety issues promptly.  
• Ensure all required paperwork (invoices, manifests, etc.) are completed accurately and turned in on time.  
• Provide courteous and professional service at all times, representing the company positively in the field.
